Refund policy

Because Pasture Labs Colostrum is a consumable product, we follow strict health and safety standards and cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or used.

Your bottle may only be returned if it remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition. If the tamper-proof seal has been removed, broken, or damaged in any way, we are unable to accept the item as a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@pasturelabs.co.

When you opt in for Package Protection at checkout, your order is protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit. This allows you to check out with confidence knowing your purchase is protected every step of the way.
